Household income should not exceed 50% of HUDs median income guidelines. Participants monthly rent for a residential unit must be within the Seattle-Bellevue Fair Market Rent (FMR) standards for 2019.
In addition to other criteria each applicant will be assessed to determine eligibility for type of program assistance. Sufficient documentation must be provided prior to enrollment.
