Somali Youth & Family Club partners with

 King County, United Way, City of Seattle, Gates Foundation and Uber. 

We understand the importance of their resources and with their help we continue to remove barriers that stand in the way of human progress.

 The prevention program is designed to serve households at imminent risk in efforts to find or  maintain housing before an episode of homelessness occurs. 

Our Plan Of Action

Our focus is to support stabilization within our community by developing client-based service plans, This may include time-limited rental assistance and referrals to additional stabilization services.
